  • Dome thickness
  • Wall thickness variation

  • Rate of output 200 PPM as online gauging is done without still standing gauging     components.

  • Automatic ejection of defective parts after each gauging station
  • Automatic calibration by recalculating two master gauges.
  • Display on touch screen (in microns) of each dimension from each station.
  • Statistical charts for production data analysis.
